With over 19 years of experience in title work, Carrie enjoys complex puzzles, baking and spending time with her family and her cats when not in the office.

She loves that each day is different in the title world and enjoys the fast-paced environment. On weekends, Felicia can be found attending her son’s sporting events and golfing, fishing or camping.

She serves as Manager of both our Centralia and Mexico offices. Outside of work, Melissa can often be found at Bennett Springs where she enjoys trout fishing and floating on the river.

Based in our Boonville office, Malinda enjoys our customer’s smiles as they close on their new home. Her weekends are spent hanging out with her son and husband and enjoying tractor pulls and camping.
